Different ideas.
One universe.

Marteverse Labs builds personal AI assistants, games and stories with a deliberately small team: one founder directing AI agents, working with independent authors. Claude is our engineering and research partner, from first spec to tested build.

What we're building

Every project starts as an experiment with a written goal, explicit non-goals and a decision point. The ones that keep earning their place move forward. Here is where each one stands today.

FlagshipPrototype αPersonal AI assistant

Twin Lab

A personal, personalized AI assistant that communicates in your style. It learns how you write to each person and drafts replies in your own voice. You stay in control: it suggests, you decide.

  • Designed as one inbox across your messaging apps: WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, SMS and email
  • Separate memory and writing style for every contact
  • Inspectable context: see exactly what the AI is given before each draft
  • Human-in-the-loop: in the current prototype, every message needs your approval
  • Local-first storage and quality metrics on accepted vs. edited drafts
  • Reply drafting runs on the Claude API, live in the prototype
  • Quality eval: 29 of 30 drafts judged ready to send, across 3 languages, with prompt-injection and privacy traps

Next: Android app that reads incoming messages from every app through on-device notifications, then a closed beta.

Toby: The Adventure of a Beagle Around the World

A 3D mobile adventure for kids starring Toby, the beagle from our book. Toby cleans up polluted beaches, and every zone he frees comes back to life. Playful action with a gentle message about caring for nature.

  • Every enemy is a piece of litter: kids learn to protect nature and biodiversity while they play
  • 4 playable levels with stars, level select and animals to free
  • Unity 6, Android first with touch and gamepad controls
  • Islands, props and characters generated by code in Blender
  • Automated command-line builds and play-mode test suite
  • No ads and no manipulative in-app purchases for children

Next: a polished pilot level to test with families.

The game's enemies: a plastic bottle, a soda can, a plastic bag, a tyre and a crab, each with a cartoon face In-game view: a sandy path through a lush palm forest with flowers, rocks and crates

Stories & narrative

We create stories and story worlds that grow beyond the page: books first, then games and film. Our first title follows Toby, a young beagle travelling the world: a diary for young readers co-created with a primary-school teacher, already read and loved in classrooms. The author keeps the original text; we develop the illustrations, design and story world together.

  • Full manuscript analysis, characters and continuity notes
  • Consistent illustration style, from first studies to approved scenes
  • Page layout designed for both independent and shared reading
  • Print and e-book edition: release coming soon

One universe: Toby is also the hero of our mobile game, and his world is the natural seed of our first short film.

On the horizonFilm & TV

Film, TV & audiovisual

Cinema is one of the founder's core passions, and storytelling runs through everything we make. Toby's story has been read in many classrooms over the years and loved by generations of pupils, which is why we see it growing beyond the book: we plan to develop it as an animated series, alongside short films and, in time, feature films.

  • Toby as an animated TV series, built on a story already proven with young readers
  • Original stories developed alongside our games and books
  • AI-assisted development, previsualization and production planning
  • Creative vision, direction and performances stay human

First step: a pilot concept for a Toby animated short.

Paper tradingQuant research

Systematic trading research

A disciplined research pipeline for rules-based, multi-asset strategies, built like engineering rather than prediction. Signals, sizing, risk limits and kill switches are deterministic and covered by automated tests.

  • Pre-registered specs, validation protocol and promotion gates
  • Backtests with realistic broker fees, slippage and capital constraints
  • Paper trading (broker paper account and simulated books) with daily automated reports
  • A daily news digest written by Claude, used for context and never as a trading signal

Next: first paper-trading evaluation checkpoint in November 2026.

Internal research only. No client money, no investment advice.

How we build

Small studio, AI-native workflow

We don't use AI as a gimmick inside products. We use it to change how a product studio works, so one founder can carry several serious projects without cutting corners.

01

Spec first

Every project has written goals, non-goals and a decision log in its repository. Agents and humans work from the same source of truth.

02

Agents do the heavy lifting

Claude Code works across our repositories, and cloud sessions run independent tasks in parallel while the founder directs and reviews.

03

Verify, don't trust

Automated tests, reproducible builds and pre-registered validation. A result counts only when it can be re-run.

04

Humans hold the keys

Sending messages, spending money, trading and publishing always need explicit human approval. Safety rules live in code, not just in prompts.

Built on Claude

Claude runs through everything we make

Claude is our single AI platform: inside our products, and in the way we build them.

API

Twin Lab

Claude drafts every reply from the contact's style and memory. The user approves before anything is sent.

API

Research reports

Claude turns each day's market headlines into a short factual digest for our internal research.

Code

Engineering

Claude Code writes, tests and ships across all our repositories: the app, the game, the research pipeline and this website.

Story

Story development

Claude helps us analyse manuscripts, keep characters consistent and develop the story worlds behind our books, games and films.

About

An independent studio, built to explore

Marteverse Labs was founded in 2026 by Martino Diana in Switzerland. The studio is small by design and works with independent authors on its stories. We're bootstrapped and independent, and that's on purpose: we move quickly, test ideas honestly, and only scale what works.

The name says what we believe. Very different ideas, from a messaging assistant to a beagle travelling the world, can live in one universe when they share the same craft and the same respect for the people who use them.
